Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, lost packages, and address issues are handled at Flexhealth.
1. 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If the product you ordered is not what you expected, you may request a return and refund, subject to approval and successful return of the product.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To qualify for a refund, return, or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in resalable condition, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and inserts included.
Products showing any signs of use, wear, damage, modification, or missing components are not eligible for a refund.
Returns must be sent only to the authorized return address provided by our support team. Items returned to incorrect or intermediary addresses will not qualify for a refund. Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected. Failure to return the product will result in the refund request being denied.
Troubleshooting Requirement
If a customer reports that the product is not functioning correctly, our support team may first provide troubleshooting instructions to help resolve the issue. Many product issues can be caused by incorrect setup, incompatible power adapters, or improper usage rather than a product defect.
If the troubleshooting steps do not resolve the issue, the customer may be asked to provide photo or video evidence showing the problem so our technical team can properly assess the situation. This process helps us identify genuine defects and avoid unnecessary shipping, reducing environmental impact and product waste.

3. Product Condition & Safety Policy
For higiene and safety reasons, used or installed devices cannot be returned.
Only products in original, unused condition, with complete packaging and components, are eligible for return.
This policy ensures product safety and compliance with quality standards.
4. Exchange Policy
We offer free replacements for products that are:
- defective,
- damaged in transit,
- incorrect model or variant sent by us.
If the customer ordered the wrong product, variant, or specification, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
If a replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows the order as Delivered, Flexhealth is not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages.
We will provide delivery confirmation and courier details so the customer can contact the local carrier.
If the courier confirms a delivery error not caused by the customer, we may offer a one-time replacement as a courtesy.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address Policy
Customers are solely responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
Flexhealth is not responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect, incomplete, or improperly formatted addresses provided by the customer.
Failed Delivery Due to Incorrect Address
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- The customer is responsible for contacting the shipping carrier directly to arrange redelivery or to correct the address.
- Flexhealth does not contact carriers or reschedule deliveries on behalf of the customer.
- Any additional fees related to redelivery, storage, or address correction are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Important: Undeliverable Packages
If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details:
- The shipment is not returned to Flexhealth’s warehouse.
- The package is routed to a third-party intermediary shipping hub or logistics facility.
- These facilities are not operated or controlled by Flexhealth.
- If the customer does not take timely action to arrange redelivery, the package may be abandoned, disposed of, or dismantled by the logistics provider without further notice.
Flexhealth has no access to, or ability to recover, such packages once they enter these intermediary facilities.
Reshipments and Refunds
- We do not offer free reshipments for orders where an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.
- Orders that become undeliverable due to incorrect address are not eligible for a refund.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable in such cases.
Return Address Policy
All returns must be sent only to the authorized return address provided by our support team.
Items returned to:
- intermediary shipping hubs
- return-to-sender addresses
- or any unauthorized location
will not be eligible for a refund.
7. Cancellations
Orders begin processing immediately after purchase.
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 20 minutes of placing the order by emailing support@flexhealth.store.
After this time, or once processing has begun, orders cannot be cancelled.
Orders that have been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
8. Split Shipments
To speed up delivery, orders may be shipped in multiple packages.
Remaining items will arrive shortly after the first delivery.
9. Post-Purchase Offers
Post-purchase discounts and offers are treated as part of the same order.
Attempts to abuse discounts may result in order cancellation, price adjustment, or refund refusal.
10. Return Instructions (Required Step)
To return a product:
- Contact support@flexhealth.store to request authorization.
- Follow the return instructions provided.
- Customer pays return shipping to our warehouse (except for defective items).
- Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
11. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not issued for:
- used or installed products,
- items missing original packaging or components,
- items returned without authorization,
- items sent to the wrong address,
- items returned after 60 days from delivery,
- refused or disposed shipments,
- promotional or gift items.
