Refund And Cancellation Policy
Refunds / Returns
To be eligible for a refund, return, or exchange, you must first email us at support@flexhealth.store within 60 days of receiving your order. Upon receipt of the item, we will ship out a replacement if requested and available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
Please ensure that the products you return are in their original, unused condition and have intact factory packaging. We reserve the right to reject refunds if the returned items show signs of usage or if the packaging is missing, either partially or completely.
Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a dedicated return address will not be accepted.
All products must be returned to our Asia warehouse to be eligible for a refund. Products returned to an intermediary shipping facility are not eligible.
Lost or Stolen Packages
FLEXHEALTH is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided for an order. Upon inquiry, FLEXHEALTH will confirm the delivery details, including the address entered, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier, to assist the customer in investigating.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Our policy covers replacements for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly sized/color. The cost of replacement is our responsibility. However, if a customer mistakenly orders the wrong size or pattern, they must cover the return shipping expenses.

Returning Products
To return a product:

- Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs to return items to our Asia warehouse.
Incorrect Address
FLEXHEALTH cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses provided during checkout.
Important:
- If items are not returned to our Asia warehouse following a failed delivery, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or resend the package.
- Please double-check your shipping information before finalizing your purchase.
Cancellations
To cancel an order, contact us immediately after placing it at support@flexhealth.store. Requests must be received within 20 minutes of purchase.
Important:
- Orders already packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
- If you contact us within 20 minutes, we will issue a full refund.
