If you feel that the product you ordered is not what you expected, you may request a return within 60 days of delivery, provided that the return meets all eligibility requirements described below.
Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, uninstalled, and in resalable condition, and if it is returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, cables, and inserts. Products that show any signs of use, wear, damage, modification, or missing components are not eligible for a refund.

Returns sent without prior approval, to incorrect addresses, or to intermediary or third-party shipping facilities will not be accepted and are not eligible for a refund.
Once approved, the customer is fully responsible for all return shipping costs and must ship the item to the warehouse address provided by our support team within 60 days of delivery.
All return shipments must be sent using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or untraceable return shipments.
All returned items are inspected upon arrival at our warehouse.
Items that fail inspection will not be refunded under any circumstances.
If the customer requests the item to be shipped back after a refund denial, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, payable in advance.
