Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–7 business days, depending on the product.
Orders are packed immediately after processing.

Most orders arrive within 5–15 business days after shipment.
In very rare cases, customs or courier delays may extend delivery up to 40 days.

Delivery time does not include processing time.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Tracking updates may take 1–3 days to appear.

Orders may be canceled only within 20 minutes of purchase.
Orders that are packed or shipped cannot be canceled.

Customs duties or import taxes are determined by local authorities.
